Terms for students & visitors

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, enquiring or enrolling in any course at Divyansh AI Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Admission & Enrollment

  • Admission is confirmed only after the enrollment form is submitted and the course fee (or first installment) is paid.
  • Divyansh AI Labs reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
  • Students must provide accurate and complete personal information.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Course fees must be paid as per the schedule agreed at the time of enrollment.
  • Fees once paid are non-transferable to another person or course.
  • Late payment may result in suspension of access to classes or materials.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Registration / admission fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing before the batch starts.
  • No refund will be given once classes have commenced.

5. Attendance & Conduct

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually.
  • Minimum attendance may be required to be eligible for certification.
  • Misconduct, disruption, or misuse of lab equipment may lead to removal without refund.

6. Certification

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the course, assessments and projects, and clearance of all dues.

7. Placement Assistance

Divyansh AI Labs provides interview preparation and placement assistance. This is not a guarantee of employment, and outcomes depend on the student's performance and market conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, study material, videos and website content are the property of Divyansh AI Labs. They may not be copied, recorded, shared or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy

Personal information you share (name, phone, email) is used only to respond to enquiries and provide our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10. Changes to Schedule or Terms

We may reschedule batches, change trainers or update these terms when required. Updated terms take effect once posted on this page.
